The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) on 18th November 2022 put out the draft “Digital Personal Data Protection Bill, 2022” and has invited comments from stakeholders on the same.
With regard to this India Future Foundation conducted a consultation and shared the recommendation to MeitY.
