Microsoft and India Future Foundation held a roundtable discussion on “ Securing India’s Core Sectors from Emerging Digital Threats,” on 31st March 2023 at United Service Institution of India.

It was an honour and privilege to have Lt. Gen. Vinod Khandare PVSM, AVSM, SM (Retd), Principal Adviser, Ministry of Defence India, Maj Gen Manjeet Singh, SM, Joint Secretary (Cyber), National Security Council Secretariat and Maj Gen (Dr) Pawan Anand, AVSM (Retd) to talk about rise in cyberattacks and the need to address the challenges of cybersecurity, especially to ensure the safety and privacy of sensitive data and the smooth functioning of core sectors such as Banking, Financial Services and Insurance, Telecommunications, Power and Energy, Transport, Strategic and Public Enterprises and Healthcare.
